1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the use of sonicmaps.app ("SonicMaps"), operated by Pivony, Inc. (2093 Philadelphia Pike #4590, Claymont, Delaware 19703, USA). By using the site you accept them.
2. What the service is
SonicMaps shows profiles, services, prices, open times and member reviews of appointment-based businesses and lets you book them. The business provides the service itself; the service relationship is between you and the business. SonicMaps arranges the booking but is not a party to the service.
3. Bookings
Booking needs your verified phone number. The time you pick is held for you briefly; the booking is made when you confirm. Some businesses confirm bookings themselves. Several services booked back to back are kept as one visit. You can cancel or move a booking in "My bookings"; the business's cancellation rules apply. Please cancel bookings you won't attend. Bookings made through AI assistants (e.g. ChatGPT) are made when you give the assistant the code emailed to you.
4. Prices and payment
Businesses set and update their prices; prices shown are for information and the exact price may depend on the service. Payment is normally made at the business. If a business offers online payment, the payment is taken on the payment provider's secure page; cancellations and refunds follow the business's cancellation rule shown when you book.
5. Membership and reviews
Writing a review needs a phone-verified membership. Each member can review a business once and edit it later. Reviews from members whose appointment was completed through SonicMaps carry the "Verified visit" badge. Reviews must reflect a real experience; insults, threats, discrimination, advertising or personal data go to moderation and may not be published. Businesses can reply to and dispute reviews; reviews are never removed for payment.
6. Businesses
Being listed on SonicMaps and taking bookings is free for businesses. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, services, prices and photos and for holding the necessary rights. Fees for Sonic products and online payments are communicated to the business separately and set out in the relevant agreements.
7. Prohibited use
Making fake bookings, using someone else's phone number or identity, scraping the site with automated tools without permission, trying to get around security measures and using the site for unlawful purposes are prohibited. We may restrict your account and access if this happens.
8. Intellectual property
The site's design, software and brands belong to Pivony, Inc. Content uploaded by businesses belongs to them and reviews to their authors; by writing a review you allow it to be shown on the site and in SonicMaps promotion.
9. Liability
The business is responsible for the quality of its service, for keeping the appointment and for disputes between you and the business. SonicMaps takes reasonable care to run the site without interruption or errors; liability that cannot be limited by law is unaffected.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. For consumers, the laws of the Republic of Turkey apply and consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction. Contact: hello@sonicmaps.app.
